Sales Operations Coordinator

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a rapidly growing and evolving UK division of a global food manufacturer, looking for a talented sales operations coordinator. The role will be initially on a temporary contract but there is a strong possibility of it becoming a permanent position. It also offers hybrid working (2 days in the office / 3 days from home).The successful candidate will be responsible for co-ordinating order fulfilment between the customers and the warehouse. Previous experience in customer service with a supply chain environment, and using SAP and Excel, is essential.Process orders from customersAllocating stock as per forecast and agreed internal measuresUpdate internal trackersArrange delivery slots with 3PLArrange delivery slots on customer portalsRaise invoices on SAP system for shipped ordersUpdate customers on supply shortage and performanceCustomer facing duties such as dealing with complaints, late deliveries and shortagesAttend all relevant meetings including daily operations meeting and daily 3PL meetingAssist in operations administrative tasks such as arranging and booking in inbound supply and updating trackers and systemsAssist with finance queries such as POD requests and invoicing issuesThis is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual looking to further their career.
