Do you love multitasking to keeping the wheels turning?Are you organised, proactive, and keen to get stuck in?Ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day sales support and operations processes, you will work to provide excellent service and supply to the company’s customers.Key Responsibilities:Manage order processes from entry to shipment and invoicingMonitor inventory levels and coordinate warehouse operationsEnsure compliance with customer requirements and guidelinesCommunicate and coordinate with sales, operations, and warehousesAllocate inventory and resolve claims related to ordersProvide operational support to the sales teamExperience in a supply chain or sales support role, and a working knowledge of EDI, is required.
