You'll collaborate closely with the Sales Leadership Team, providing crucial data insights to boost sales effectiveness and efficiency.As a motivated and curious individual, you thrive on creating innovative analysis and delivering actionable recommendations. Experience in sales operations, high-growth tech companies, or similar fast-paced environments is ideal (SaaS B2B tech)- Drive business performance through rigorous data analysis and interpretation of KPIs.- Provide sales performance management information to our leadership team.- Implement Sales Enablement strategies using HubSpot to streamline processes and enhance sales effectiveness.- Build analytic models and dashboards for actionable insights.- Lead improvements in data accessibility, storage, analysis, and utilization.
