with us!We are looking for an experienced sales operations analyst to support our growing sales team. You’ll serve as the regional sales operations business partner for EMEA Sales by driving strategy, direction and management of sales data integrity. This role is critical to enabling Figma to scale global revenue across our self-service engine and assisted sales motions. What you'll do at Figma:Prepare, provide and support operational, strategic & tactical reporting as required by business stakeholdersProvide regular reports and insights to senior management, highlighting sales performance, market dynamics, and opportunities for growthMonitor and analyse key performance metrics and sales data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.Creating and maintaining Sales Operations policies, processes, training, and sales-related materialEnsure our CRM consolidates all our customer information and provides trusted insights for the teamOwn territory carving, territory updates and support cross-functional teams in planning cycles including revenue forecasting, pipeline management, target setting and hiring planningManage requests from the Sales team around Rules of Engagement/Sales policies and identify patterns that can help improve these policiesBuild visualization dashboards & reports to accelerate information-to-action at scaleWe'd love to hear from you if you have:Proven sales operations experience, preferably in a fast growing environmentStrong understanding of general SaaS operations, best practices, and industry standardsInterest in DesignStrong analytical skills and technical aptitudeIn-depth experience using Salesforce and experience with other Sales productivity & analytics tools (Tableau, Lookr etc)Comfortable building high-quality and complex spreadsheets, models and presentationsA collaborative working style, with experience working across the company with teams of varied size to achieve common goalsWhile it’s not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:Experience in a PLG SaaS companyExperience with other Sales productivity & data visualisation tools (Tableau, Lookr etc)At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go.
