Due to an internal promotion, we are seeking an experienced Hotel Commercial Sales Office Manager who thrives on motivating teams to achieve ambitious targets

The role:
As the Commercial Sales Office Manager you will spearhead the booking process across multiple areas including bedrooms, meetings, events & weddings. Your responsibilities will include:

Develop & execute revenue management strategies to maximise hotel revenue across all revenue streams, including bedrooms, meetings, events & weddings
Utilise revenue management tools & data analytics to produce accurate forecasts & set pricing strategies in line with these
Monitor market trends, competitor pricing & economic factors to identify revenue opportunities & adjust strategies accordingly
Develop commercial action plans for each area of the business & lead on initiatives to drive occupancy, revenue & market share growth
Build & maintain strong relationships with third party agents to drive sales & secure new business opportunities
Team development & performance management

Who We're Looking For:
We need a Sales Office Manager with a talent for team leadership & motivation. Key attributes include:

A demonstrated ability to manage & inspire teams to achieve individual & collective goals
Strong attention to detail & a proactive approach to decision-making
A commitment to driving the sales strategy through meticulous enquiry & booking management
Exceptional leadership & influencing skills suited for a customer-centric environment
Previous experience of working in a hotel sales office environment is a must
Previous experience of working with Opera S&C, Opera PMS, Meeting Broker, Venue Directory & IDeaS would be advantageous
