Sales Negotiator Location: Muswell Hill, London Salary: Salary £25,000 - £30,000 DOE, OTE £45,000 - £60,000 (based on adaptability and performance) Commission: Yes, on a sliding scale (details provided during the interview) Bonuses: Additional bonuses available (details provided during the interview) Role Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Negotiator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be ambitious, driven, and hungry for success. You must have a proven track record of winning stock and bringing properties to market. This is a chance to work with an esteemed Manager who also trains estate agents as a second job. If you think you're good...he'll make you BETTER. Key Responsibilities:
Secure new property instructions and listings. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Achieve and exceed sales targets. Provide exceptional customer service. Work collaboratively with the sales team.
Candidate Profile:
Minimum of 4 years of experience in real estate. Proven ability to win stock and secure property listings. Lives within a 6-mile radius of Crouch End, East Finchley, or Muswell Hill. Must own a car. Ambitious, driven, and hungry for success. Stable employment history with minimal job-hopping.
