Sales Negotiator

My client, a leading independent Estate Agency covering Prime Central London is currently seeking a Sales Negotiator, to join their friendly team in Prime Central London. This is an excellent opportunity to join an established firm with a real family feel.
Duties/Functions of the role:

• Welcoming and registering new potential buyers/ vendors
• Arranging, attending and conducting property viewings online and in person.
• Taking viewing feedback and providing it to vendors in order to better market the property.
• Taking, qualifying and negotiating offers to ensure the best result for all parties in the sale process
• Conducting valuations.
• Establishing relationships with the local area in order to generate valuation opportunities for new business.
• Completing the relevant paperwork.
• Supporting senior team members within the sales department.
• Conducting call outs.

Requirements of the role:

• A full and valid driving licence with access to a vehicle.
• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
• A can-do attitude to work in order to ensure personal and team success.
• Over 1 years experience.

Hours: Monday to Thursday 9am-6pm Friday 9am-5.30pm NO WEEKENDS
Salary: £25,000 Basic, £50,000 OTE, Pool Car
