Sales Negotiator

TeamJobs are looking for a Sales Negotiator for our well-established client based in Ferndown.

• Full time Permanent
• Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5.30pm
• Every other weekend - 10:00am - 4:00pm
• �25k basic + GREAT Commission Scheme
• 21 days holiday + bank holidays

Day-to-day duties:

• Conducting property viewings with potential buyers
• Negotiating sales contracts and terms
• Liaising with sellers and buyers to facilitate transactions.
• Generating leads through networking and marketing efforts
• Providing accurate property valuations and market analysis
• Managing client relationships and providing excellent customer service
• Keeping up to date with market trends and property regulations
• Collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve sales targets.

What we require from you:

• Driver's license
