My client an independent agency is currently looking for a Sales Negotiator in South East London to work around the Eltham and Sydenham areasWorking HoursAs a Sales Negotiator, you’ll be required to work Monday – Saturday with a day off in lieuThe Successful Property Negotiator Will Be OfferedBasic salary of up to £20,000OTE of £45,000To be considered for the Sales Negotiator role you must have:Being a team playerDemonstrating self-motivationExperience working in an estate agency settingWork well under pressureHighly organised with strong communication skillsProfessional and well presentedDriving license and own vehicleAs a Sales Negotiator, Your Role Will InvolveGenerate and book market appraisals for our branch managerMaintain strong relationships with vendors and buyersMaintain and give all relevant feedback to vendorsArrange and attend viewingsNegotiate offersSchedule appointments and refer clients to our in house mortgage broker (additional commissions available)Contribute to the general running of the sales departmentDue to the high amounts of applications if you have not been contacted within 7 days, please consider your application unsuccessful.This job has been posted by GCB Agency Recruitment Ltd which is acting as the Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy, working on behalf of their client who is confidential at this stage.
