Sales Negotiator

This is a rarely available role and a chance to establish a career within a fantastic company.Previous experience working within estate agency would be ideal, however candidates with retail/sales experience and/or customer service experience in another industry who possess motivation and a positive, proactive attitude will also be considered.Responsibilities will include: Registering applicantsArranging and attending property viewingsNegotiating offers and agreeing salesGenerating and booking valuationsProgressing sales through to completionWith a highly reputable and trusted brand and an excellent market share, this role offers variety and a fast-paced working environment. You’ll work closely alongside an experienced manager and receive ongoing support and training. To be considered for this role you’ll be a professional, well-presented individual with outstanding customer service skills. Tenacity and determination to ensure the best result is achieved for both the clients and the company is a must!Please note: Full, clean driving licence and own vehicle is an essential requirement for this role.
