You'll be regularly communicating with vendors and potential buyers to tie up loose ends and bring sales together. The Role
You'll help to ensure new business is managed effectively by producing market appraisals for new vendors, keeping regular contact with them and providing updates. This gives you the opportunity to look after your own portfolio of clients and properties.
This role will also see you arranging viewings, speaking with prospective purchasers and negotiating offers.
You'll be all over the database, ensuring applicants are managed and updated on new property listings whilst ensuring all customer details are up to date.
This is a great opportunity for a property administrator or sales progressor wanting to make the change into sales negotiation. Similarly, it would also be a good opportunity for someone with existing sales experience wanting to make their first step into the property market.
