Sales Negotiator

Allstaff Recruitment are currently seeking a Sales Negotiator based in Cranfield for an established Estate Agency.

Summary of the Sales Negotiator role…

Salary: £22,000 + Commission
Job Location: Cranfield
Type of Contract: Permanent 
Hours: 40 hours working week, Monday - Saturday 8:30am - 6:00pm, working only 5 days a week with one day off during the week to compensate for working Saturdays.

As the Sales Negotiator, your role will involve the following important duties:

• Setting appointments with property buyers.
• Negotiate purchases with customers over the phone.
• Assess property values.
• Research market conditions and property information.
• Finalise sales.

The experience required…

As a successful Sales Negotiator, you will have the following:

• Full driving licence is required.
• Sales experience previously within a fast-paced environment.
• Customer Service experience.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Professional telephone manner.
• Excellent communication skills. 
• Sales driven.
