SALES NEGOTIATOR OR TRAINEE SALES NEGOTIATOR – ADDLESTONE- UP TO £24K BASIC DOE, UP TO £40K OTE DOE
Our client is an extremely successful Independent Estate Agent who are looking for a Sales Negotiator or Trainee Negotiator to join them in their busy office in Addlestone.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Answering telephone calls
Arranging appointments
Taking clear messages
Registering new applicants
Entering viewing onto the system
Delivering leaflets
Booking valuations
Conducting viewings
Skills and experience required:
Great communication skills & attention to detail
Be enthusiastic and keen to learn
Be able to work on your own initiative and be pro-active
Have strong IT skills
Be able to prioritise workload
Experience in administration
You Must:
Be driven and ready to work hard to build a fantastic career for yourself in this professional company.
Hold a full clean driving licence and have your own car
