Looking to join one of East London's leading independents?
This is an exceptional opportunity to be a part of arguably the best independent agency brand within East London. The client is looking for a Sales Consultant to join there already high performing team. This hire is due to exponential growth within the business rather than a replacement.
The right individual for this role will be craving vast career progression opportunities. The brand are a huge believer in progressing from within, with this being said the average staff member has an average tenure anywhere between 8 - 10 years in the business. You'll be based out of there Stratford branch which is one of their busiest sales offices producing north of £500,000 in sales alone.
With a huge managed portfolio already, there is opportunity to sell a wide variety of stock whether it be from current investors alongside new business. With a pooled and personal commission structure in place you will be earning commission from day one.
The package on offer for the successful candidate is a basic salary of up to £25,000 with an achievable on target earnings in the first year of £55,000. Five day working weeks with a 1 in 2/3 Saturday working pattern.
The ideal candidate:
12 months minimum estate agency experience
Track record of successful billings
A tenacious attitude along with an eye for detail
Great customer service skills
Working well in a team environment
Committed to working weekends
