I am currently looking for an experienced Sales and Marketing Manager for a late-night bar / hospitality group based in London, with sites across the UK. Established and much love multi-faceted destination venues.Role ResponsibilitiesDeliver and implement the annual sales and marketing strategyProvide sales data, targets, and performance metrics, streamlining existing sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness across the divisionDrive additional revenue through the introduction of sales initiatives to drive footfall, sales, and brand equityNetworking with third-party and event promoters to generate revenueBeing creative and proactive in devising marketing campaigns for the division, driving sales across multiple venuesMonitoring and evaluating all Key Performance Indicators, especially additional sales growthManage the central marketing budgetBuild solid relationships with key drink and food suppliers to deliver brand activation and supplier activityExecute the food development strategyLead the digital strategy for the brands including website, CRM, Social, and content strategyDevelop and maximise third-party relationships in conjunction with key internal stakeholders to deliver on-brand objectives and strategiesWorking closely with the Operations Manager to drive budget sales and like-for-like growthA track record in delivering sales, preferably in the hospitality sector with experience of late night businesses preferred, demonstrating the ability to develop and expand sales.If you are keen to discuss the details further, please apply today or send your cv to
