Sales & Marketing Coordinator

My client is a successful, dynamic and expanding business
services company within their niche sector. Due to ongoing expansion, they now
wish to recruit a hands-on Sales & Marketing Coordinator to help with the day
to day running of the sales and marketing function.
Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Director, the
successful applicant will have the opportunity to analyse trends, manage the
CRM database and liaise with customers as well as general marketing and social media
tasks to support the Marketing team.
SUMMARY OF KEY
DUTIES
Analyse sales
trends and report findings to Sales DirectorUpdate and manage
the CRM systemUpdate and manage
client contact details and makes changes as requiredDeal with initial
sales leads and pass on to the Sales DirectorProcess initial
enquiries and send out information to potential customersPost social media
articles and help with basic marketing duties as requiredHelp towrite and edit articles for social media and client sites
THE PERSON
Good general standard of Education to include GCSE
English and MathsA minimum of 1 years sales or marketing experience in a
commercial/business setting essential (this could include a work placement from
University)Experience/knowledge of using social media for company
marketing purposesExcellent communication skills both written and verbalHighly I.T. literateLooking for an opportunity to build a long-term career
SALARY
A starting salary up to £28k will be on offer to the
successful candidate. In addition, there will be the opportunity for career
progression to Marketing Executive level and future increases as the role
develops.
