Sales & Marketing Co-ordinator

What you'll be doing?
Reporting to the Sales and Installations Manager to Develop and deliver marketing plans and highly engaging content across a wide digital and offline channels. Support Sales team and deliver high standards of customer service to BD Living customers.
You will be responsible for:
Support the development of divisional marketing strategy.
Support the implementation of divisional marketing plan ensuring that all plans are maintained and kept up to date.
Liaise with agencies and suppliers to ensure that collateral is produced and media is booked according to timescales specified on marketing plan.
Ensure media and creative costings are input and maintained on divisional marketing plan.
Create and prepare a monthly performance analysis report
Attend weekly and monthly marketing meetings contributing where necessary
Commission new photography when necessary
Manage price increases and update associated price books.
Responsible for regular brochure reviews and management of updates and distribution.
Develop and maintain workflow links and relationships with key stakeholder's i.e. Sales team, approved agencies, Sales Directors, Group Marketing.
Support Sales & Installations Manager with departmental projects, which drive improvement and improve sales.
Conduct site visits and audits when required.
