Role Description
As the Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing our sales strategy, driving revenue growth, and expanding our customer base. You will be responsible for leading our sales efforts, identifying new business opportunities, and nurturing relationships with existing clients. This is a fantastic opportunity for a sales professional with a passion for technology and a track record of success in the MSP or IT services sector.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve company growth objectives.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target markets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Develop, lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Collaborate with existing and new marketing resources to develop effective sales campaigns and promotional activities.
Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Qualifications and Experience
Proven experience as a Sales Manager, preferably within the MSP or IT services industry.
Strong understanding of MSP services, solutions, and market dynamics.
Experience in advisory led MSP sales and business development.
Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Ability to develop and maintain long-term client relationships.
Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
