The HENI Group is an international arts services business working with leading artists and estates across publishing, printmaking, digital, film, art research and analysis. We focus on the individual artist and their work, offering art services including printing and reproduction, digital management, events, mounting, logistics, fine art photography and an on-line art trading platform.
We are looking for an accomplished salesperson to lead new business development across the various companies within the HENI Group, selling our diverse set of services within book publishing, photography, fabrication and print making. This role is selling these services, it is not selling prints or art works.
This is a unique and special role for a person who is adept at building relationships in many markets, has a keen interest in the Arts and is ready to prove themselves in an invigorating and challenging role at the core of an entrepreneurial company.
The Role
This is a crucial position in driving our business forwards internationally and expanding our customer base. You will be a key representative of HENI, helping to develop strategic initiatives and build strong relationships with stakeholders. We are also looking to maintain exceptional customer satisfaction and to provide excellent customer service.
Responsibilities include:
a deep understanding of the brands and breadth of services, enabling a more tailored approach to different customers globally.
closely with the leadership team to develop and execute international sales strategies which align with HENI’s goals, helping to drive revenue growth and market expansion globally.
sales targets and monitoring performance.
new business opportunities, evaluating market trends, and adapting strategies.
sales pipelines to retain long-term partnerships with both existing and new customers.
proactive steps to meet and exceed revenue goals, adding value where possible.
reviewing sales and analysing performance metrics, leveraging data-driven insights to optimise processes.
improving sales methodologies and identifying areas for improvement, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in the sales cycle.
HENI at industry events and conferences, enhancing brand visibility and maximising opportunities to network with potential customers.
and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, decision-makers, and key customers.
The Ideal Candidate Profile:
experience in international sales, ideally in selling creative services.
strong interest in art, photography and printing making, and the technology behind them.
and results-oriented mindset, with a track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
leadership, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
level of professionalism with organised and hands on approach.
working autonomously, self-motivated in managing time efficiently and meeting sales targets.
to work with and thrive with shifting priorities and still maintain a high quality of work.
to travel as required.
