Anker is looking for National Account Manager to join the Mobility team to secure new and existing retail distribution for our Anker Charging , Soundcore Headphones / Speakers and Nebula Smart Projectors. Experience selling both directly , but primarily through distribution is essential. You must have a deep understanding of the CE retail landscape , demonstrating that you have the key contacts in biggest retailers and proven track record in driving significant growth in your field and be able to demonstrate how you achieved this. Experience in dealing with the Audio and Accessories categories is preferred.
Your Skills:
Communicate with industry leading customers via phone, email, text, video, social media, etc., or in person meetings.
Formulate and agree product and promotional business plans for all customers’ aligned to internal targets and KPIs
Develop effective customer contacts with all relevant functions - commercial, buying, supply chain, store support and operations.
Negotiate range pricing and promotional opportunities within each account - Seeking internal sign off, so as to meet both Net Sales and Operational Profit targets .
Monitor the customer through accurate forecasting, sales in and sales out information, budgetary management . All must to be kept up to date weekly.
Work with the Ops team to deliver against forecast , keeping Aged stock to a minimum.
Maintain accurate and up to date records and report for all aspects of business to the Sales Leader and other relevant Departments.
Develop good working relationships with all Anker internal depts. including Marketing, Product Management, Sales Administration, Customer service, Logistics, Credit Control and Finance
Collect market information, including but not limited to, market data, industry trend, product standard and competitor’s analysis.
Negotiate supply agreements with new and existing customers.
Be able to travel regularly to meet new customers, or assist existing customers.
Attend & participate in trade shows as and when requested by the business.
