The Role: We have a very exciting opportunity add an experienced Sales Manager to our growing team at the Cumberland Hotel. This position works directly with the restaurant, bars, and F&B operations team to drive covers and revenue into the F&B outlets. This position is typically Mon-Fri and office based but will also require presence at important events and bookings.
What we look for: We are looking for someone who has experience of selling corporate and social events and private hires including meetings and events, groups, and residentials along with upselling our restaurant. You will be the first point of contact for all things groups related and will need to be active and driven to secure the leads. Generating leads and proactive selling is a need, and should be delivered by someone who is outgoing, sales driven, and passionate about making Sound Cafe, Sound Bar, and Sound Sports Bar highly profitable businesses.
