Tonic are recruiting a Sales Manager for our client's stunning premium quality bar & restaurant in Birmingham. You will be responsible for leading the sales activityfor this fantastic property and ensure that the venue is at the forefront of corporates & agency thoughts. You must have a strong background in proactive sales with a history of success and understand the corporate sector. Essential qualities for the Sales Manager applicants to be considered: A minimum of 2 years of experience as BDM/Sales Manager within a restaurant or bars focused venue
Experience within high end properties is essential
An expert knowledge/passion for high end hospitality
A real team leader, who enjoys motivating and developing others around them
