Hours – fulltime

Salary – basic £35,000 - £40,000 + up to 18% of your salary in commissions. Plus, car allowance

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to spearhead business growth by identifying new opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and building strong client relationships. Our client is seeking a Sales Manager to join their team, you will based out of their Burton upon Trent office, and out on the road.

Duties

Develop and implement innovative sales strategies with the Commercial Director.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in logistics, including warehousing, transportation, and distribution.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activities.
Analyse sales performance and provide insights for decision-making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute sales initiatives and projects.The Candidate

Essential experience and knowledge of the logistics industry.
Strong communication, presentation, and customer service skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
