Sales Manager | Leicestershire | Working 08:45-13:00, 14:00-17:00 | £35,000 + individual & Team OTE bonus | Immediate start available

Since its inception in 2006, our client has built up a trusted reputation and a strong track record as a ‘one-stop-shop’ retail design company by providing adaptable and reliable solutions for their customers in the ever-changing retail environment.

The company also has an extended capacity from their China-based team assisting the UK for engineering, estimation, project management and logistics.

Are you the right person for the job?


  • 8 - 10 years of B2B sales expertise
  • Previous experience spanning industries such as recruitment, fit-out, interiors, advertising, commercial services, products, and marketing
  • Career progression stemming from successful sales experience
  • Proficient in New Business Development (NBD) strategies and adept in performance management
  • Highly results-oriented with a relentless focus on outcomes
  • Managing a sales team with excellent communication and motivation skills to help achieve individual and team targets
  • Have clear career progress within the sales and sales management function
  • Well-versed in utilising mainstream CRM software to streamline operations and enhance customer relationships

What will your role look like?


  • Achieve individual sales target
  • Monitor, manage and achieve overall sales performance
  • Report to MD
  • Responsible for overseeing a team consisting of two outbound sales representatives (one of whom will be a newly recruited member) and one inbound sales representative
  • Work closely with the marketing team to manage new sales campaigns and new product launches
  • Reshuffle the team, and be involved in future recruiting
  • Ensure the CRM (Hubspot) is maintained properly
