Job DescriptionRole: Field Sales Manager Salary: £30,000 + uncapped commissionLocation: Hampshire Role Overview: As an Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by focusing on a blend of new business acquisition (75%) and account management (25%). This position primarily involves field sales, where you'll be engaging with local businesses to offer advertising solutions tailored to their needs. You'll inherit a warm desk and be responsible for managing existing accounts while actively seeking out new opportunities.Key Responsibilities:Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and networking efforts.Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their advertising needs and provide tailored solutions.Drive revenue growth by meeting and exceeding sales targets.Manage a portfolio of existing accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.Collaborate with internal teams to develop effective advertising campaigns and strategies.Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge in the market.Requirements:Previous experience in sales, does not have to be within media although this would be a plus.They are open to candidates who have less than 1 years experience and will consider them for an Sales Executive level.Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.Self-motivated and target-driven, with a passion for driving business growth.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.Full driving license and willingness to travel within the Hampshire region.What We Offer:Competitive salary with uncapped commission structure.Car allowance to support your field sales activities.Opportunity for career growth and development within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.Flexible working arrangements, with usually 3 days spent on field sales and the remainder working remotely/1 day in the office.
