Sales Manager

Job Introduction
We are currently recruiting for a Sales Manager to join the management team at our Land Rover Dealership in Hereford. The closing date for this position is 22nd March 2024.
The hours of work are between 8am to 6pm (typically either 8am to 5pm or 9am to 6pm) Monday to Saturday, with a day off in the week and Sundays on a rota basis. There is also a weekend rota to provide weekends off.
Salary includes an OTE of £64,000 and use of a company car (basic salary £32,000).
You will be expected to achieve agreed sales targets for new and used cars, and assist the sales team in offering customers comprehensive support in all of their vehicle financing and insurance requirements. The successful individual will possess a positive, hands-on approach, with the ability to lead and motivate a developing sales team.
Role and Responsibilities
Grow all aspects of sales gross profit, specialising in finance, insurance and value added products.
Advising customers on finance, insurance, warranties and other services offered by our dealerships.
You will build trust, communicate effectively and exceed our customers expectations; In essence you will ensure that our customers buying experience is industry leading. You will also be accountable for handling customer queries and complaints and ensure they are resolved effectively.
