Role Description

In this role:
�
- You'll be building strategic and strong relationships with potentially new and existing customers.
- Building strong pipelines of sustainable new business opportunities and growing long term partnerships.
- You'll understand the challenges and ambitions of each customer and share how their unique platform will help them provide the best solutions in the market.
- Use market data and insights to drive new business opportunities - be the hunter!
- Deliver tailor made product based Demos and presentations
- You will leverage internal resources and work closely with marketing, account management, product and Senior Leadership teams to accelerate market growth.

For this role I am looking for someone with strong relationship building skills, proven Business Development exp and field sales experience, someone who has experience of developing C-Suite relationships and with strategic negotiations skills.

Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales role
- Experience in the HealthCare sector, with a strong understanding of the industry and its challenges
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth and meet or exceed targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills
- Self-motivated and results-oriented
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in using Salesforce CRM software and other sales tools
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Willingness to travel as required
