Sales Manager

Sales Manager required by an Experiential Travel Company who are passionate about conservation and sustainable travel which has a positive impact on the global communities where it sends travellers. You will lead a small, destination-specific, sales team and be dedicated to helping them perform to their highest potential. Salary: 42,500 + 15,000 - 20,000 OTE.
Office Hours: Monday - Friday 10am - 6pm in Shoreditch (typically 3 days in office, 2 days WFH)Candidate Requirements:You will be an experienced Team Leader or Manager.Have extensive experience in a travel sales or a comparable luxury sales environment.Experienced in working towards targets and performance reviewal.Analytical head for numbers, booking trends and sales metrics.You will be an empathetic listener, positive mentality and approachable.
