We are looking for a UK Sales Manager to join a company within the FMCG industry! You will be helping to meet their customer acquisition and revenue targets, by keeping the company competitive & innovative. Some of the responsibilities: ● Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing Customer Sales and the National Account Manager.● Regional Sales growth - they must plan regional sales activities which encourage and promote our company presence and brands.● Marketing experience - to be fully aware and informed about marketing activities which will include being responsible for brand promotions.● Working closely with marketing to create promotional material to use across all UK regional sales, supporting the customer and raising the profile of the company.● Arranging trade day activities on site at customers premises.● Responsible for the support and development of the customer care team.● Responsible for the support and development of customer accounts on a national level.● Knowledge/experience in driving sales in relevant various market sectors including food manufacturing and B2B.● Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of their Team.● Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.● Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the company Co-CEOs.● Collaborate closely with internal teams, such as production, purchasing and transport to ensure seamless coordination and timely delivery of products.Some of the requirements: ● Successful previous experience as a sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.● Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organisation.● Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.● Strong business sense and industry expertise.● Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.● Prior experience and knowledge working in a supply chain role, ideally within a manufacturing or processing environment, is preferred.● Knowledge of supply chain management principles, logistics and inventory control.● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
