Together, we’re working at the pace of change to improve patient lives with diagnostic tools that address the world’s biggest health challenges.We are currently searching for a Sales Manager - South UK to develop and expand not only the business but also their own capabilities and ambition!As our new Sales Manager, your goal will be to lead sales teams through long sales campaigns with both NHS and private hospitals within your defined region. You will also be instrumental to contributing strategic opportunities across the organisation to drive engagement and employee satisfaction.You will have the opportunity to:Coach your sales teams to increase market share and sales revenue through promotion of Radiometer portfolio of products.Cultivate an environment of learning to enable continuous improvement and drive talent development within the region.Provide leadership in measuring and improving results through a culture of continuous improvement, high expectations, and meticulous adoption of our Danaher Business System (DBS).Adopt our core values and ensure all associates are actively engaged in the achievement of company growth objectives.Build and execute our business strategy passionately, so we can succeed in winning new customers and retaining current customers to grow our business above market trends in UKI whilst maintaining revenue margins.Initiate and maintain contacts with recognised key opinion leaders.Be part of, drive, and engage a Winning Team!The essential requirements of the job include:BSc or equivalent qualification on a scientific subject or significant experience in a similar role is desired but not crucial.Knowledge and experience within the NHS.Prior management experience.A full clean UK driving license with the ability to travel both nationally and internationally.It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:Proven willingness to attract, develop and retain the highest quality talent, including hiring strong talent for today and the future.An understanding of business management systems, including excel, word, PowerPoint, SFDC.Over the last 50 years, Radiometer has secured their leading position in the market, we continue to invest in research and develop both our products and delivery of service to drive customer excellence.
