Sales Manager (New Business) – Eureka Solutions – East KilbrideJob DescriptionEureka Solutions Scotland Ltd are seeking a dynamic and experienced New Business Sales Manager to join our team and lead our sales efforts in the B2B ERP market. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy. This is a new role and we need someone with extensive experience in new business sales to hit the ground running.Overall Goal of RoleTo drive growth across all products and services via the acquisition of new customers. This will be a ‘player coach’ role, with the sales manager expected to contribute to the overall sales target as well as leading the team to success.KPIs (Team and Individual)Number of New Deals Won vs TargetSales of Recurring Revenue (ARR) vs TargetResponsibilitiesDevelopment of lead generation marketing strategies and campaigns alongside the Commercial Director and Marketing ManagerGeneration of own opportunities via prospecting to a target account list of potential customersQualification and progression of inbound opportunities for an assigned territoryGuiding potential customers through our sales process to a successful closeWorking with the pre-sales team to ensure that opportunities are a good fit, customer needs are met, and solutions are effectively communicatedMaintaining internal systems to manage pipeline and provide accurate forecasts to senior managementMonitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior managementLine management of the sales team:Assignment of new opportunitiesRegular one to ones and pipeline reviewsCoach and mentor team membersPerform annual staff development reviewsManage time off requestsRecruitment of new staff as requiredAttend and present at weekly/monthly team and management meetingsSkills, Attributes and Experience RequiredB2B sales experience, preferably involving software/technology solutionsProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets5+ years in a sales management role, managing teams of 5+ peopleStrong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a teamStrong people management and coaching skillsCustomer-focused and driven to deliver exceptional resultsExcellent communication and negotiation skillsAble to build relationships with C-level contacts at potential customersSkills, Attributes and Experience DesiredExperience with selling ERP/Accounting solutions, such as Oracle NetSuite, Sage, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics etcExperience of sales/qualification methodologies such as MEDDPICC, SPIN, solution sellingExperience of budgeting and planningInvolvement in marketing campaigns/planningWhat do we offer:Hybrid working – perfect your work/life balance (Monday & Thursday working from home – Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday in our state-of-the-art office)Private Medical CoverLife Assurance (4x salary)33 days holiday per annumTo apply please state what your salary expectations are send CV and supporting cover letter explaining why you think you would be perfect for this role!
