Sales Manager (m/f/d) Automotive
Your Tasks:
Creating and maintaining a trustful customer relationship
Preparing and managing customer quotations for new business
Coordinating of all change requests
Conducting trouble shootings initiatives with pre-series deliveries with customer senior manager level
Monitoring customer satisfaction and related KPI´s
Liaison with different stakeholder (internal) to solve customer requests
Promoting our technologies and product for new business opportunities
Participating and supporting strategic sales objective setting process
Managing and negotiating customer claims and LGE requests towards the customer
Overseeing overall project status for the customer to identify risk for nominations
Ensuring legal framework for projects are set
Monitoring of sales performance / forecast / moving plan
Your Profile:
Degree level in Engineering, or equivalent combination of experience and education
Several years of professional experience in a comparable position with an internationally active supplier or similar.
Experience in automotive infotainment, cockpit electronics, connectivity, vision systems etc. and related products
Awareness of Key Customer milestones and processes
Technical understanding, especially automotive electronics and software
Experience in preparing and managing customer quotations for new business
Fluent English language skills
Assertiveness and negotiating skills
