We are looking for an energetic, results driven Sales Manager with at least 5 years' experience and a proven track record in the UK food manufacturing industry.
The role entails helping us build the sales of our growing range of rice and rice based ingredients, as well as an expanding range of Functional Ingredients focused on Healthy Eating sectors and markets.
Sales Manager Job Overview:
Reporting to the Commercial Director the role would be to operate as a company leader, overseeing day-to-day operations and focusing on the long-term strategy of the Ingredients Division's business.
This role will play an important role in maximising business opportunities whilst continuing to manage a portfolio of strategic key accounts and leading the Ingredients Sales Team's activities and communication. This role would work closely with S&OP, Supply Chain, Production and Procurement to advance service levels and the overall customer experience. As a key leadership role the Sales Manager would be expected to assist in developing and implementing the Ingredients Division's commercial strategy along with other matters relating to S&B Herba's overall business operational effectiveness.
