With over 100,000 square feet already operational and more projects underway, they offer a growing opportunity. Their spaces prioritise community experience, facilitating networking, hosting events, and offering functional workspaces, catering to all daily needs.We are seeking a Sales Manager to join the team with lots of personality to establish meaningful, enduring connections and successfully finalise agreements while actively seeking new opportunities.Responsibilities:Review inbound leads, qualifying clients for London properties accurately.Proactively find new sales prospects via cold calling, networking, and social media.Engage brokers to foster relationships, educate them about our products, and maximize lead generation.Manage direct and broker leads to ensure successful tours and conversions, fostering relationships and providing education.Assess leads across various product lines and properties.Provide market trends feedback to co-founders based on broker, member, and potential client input.Attend events to cultivate relationships.Coordinate and attend property viewings as necessary to achieve monthly targets.Requirements:Requires 2-4 years of experience in coworking or flexible brokerage.Demonstrates persistence and resilience in overcoming challenges.Capable of working independently or collaboratively within a team.Offers innovative approaches to sales, deal structuring, and business advancement.
