Are you an experienced salesperson actively seeking a role where you can lead a team's growth? Are you a Mechanical Engineer with sales exposure looking to transition into a full-time technical sales position?

We're seeking someone to drive all sales functions for a leading EPC company, focusing on distributing Energy turbine products across Europe. This company has recently embarked on a £5 million project with an additional £2 million in the pipeline!
In this Sales Manager role based near Hastings, East Sussex, you'll be stationed on-site while also travelling throughout Europe to meet clients and prospects face-to-face.
Requirements for this Sales Manager role:
-Mechanical Engineering exposure, either as an engineer or salesperson.
-5+ years of field sales experience for candidates from a sales background.
-Strong knowledge of Steam Turbines and Generators would be beneficial but not essential.
-Willingness to travel extensively.
-Leadership skills for team management and a drive to cultivate a successful sales team.
Compensation: Competitive salary (£50,000 - £70,000), un capped commission, company car, pension, and more.
