Sales Manager/Valuer/ListerLocation - Central LondonSalary - £80,000 -£150,000 OTE
Key responsibilities/skills include:- Lead from the front.
- Build market share.- Run a centre of excellence developing the next generation of managers.- Confident and comfortable in managing a large estate agency sales team.- Passionate about every opportunity.- Work at pace without distractions.- Be able to meet set personal targets whilst encouraging and managing the team to meet the business targets.
