Sales Manager and Trainer £30k-40k

We are looking for a qualified sales manager that can lead a group of motivated staff members in addition to having their own sales abilities. The perfect sales manager is an expert in all aspects of the sales process and is particularly skilled at building relationships, generating leads, and closing deals. We're searching for a quick learner with excellent negotiating abilities, someone with a proven track record who can motivate others to accomplish at the same level.

Responsibilities:

• Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships that address their needs.


• Deliver sales training on behalf of our business to clients.


• Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop plans for filling them.


• Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes.


• Carry out sales activities for our business.


• Key account management.

Requirements:

• 3 years sales management experience.


• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.


• Must be able to travel to clients’ sites.
