Your new company Hays are proud to be working with an established public sector organisation who are looking to add a Sales Ledger Specialist to their finance function. Your new role In your new role, you will be responsible for: Manage Sales Ledger Function Monitor Finance/Accounts Receivable mailboxesPost income on a daily basisClear dashboard of outstanding invoices/refunds/credit notesMatch and process daily credit card transactionsEnsure correct access to banking platforms Review cash flow and monitor itRelay information to invoicing managers regarding cash collection categoriesOversee workflow of Financial Accounts Assistant related to Sales LedgerWhat you'll need to succeed To succeed, you will be an experienced finance professional who has worked in a similar role. You will have strong communication skills and have demonstrated knowledge of Accounts Receivable. Having a good attention to detail as well as a proactive apporach to continuous improvement is also beneficial for this role. What you need to do now
