Sales Leader
£36,400 with £50,960 OTE and potential to earn over, company car, pension, critical illness, life assurance, single health care, 25 days holiday, plus bank holidays, exclusive company discounts on used car purchases, leasing deals and aftersales services

As part of our energetic team, you’ll receive realistic on target earnings of £50,960 and uncapped earning potential.

As a Sales Leader you’ll lead, motivate and develop your team of Personal Advisors, delivering the highest levels of customer service and boosting store profitability. What does the role of Sales Leader involve?
Exhibiting an inspirational leadership style, motivating and supporting your Personal Advisors to maximise sales across the store, whilst establishing clear individual and team targets
Leading by example and delivering a flawless level of customer service, ensuring your Personal Advisors follow suit
Managing the stock levels of vehicles within the store, from Porsche to Peugeot, ensuring there is an adequate number and mix of models for sale to comply with budgetary and customer requirements
Ensuring that any negative customer feedback is at an absolute minimum, and efficiently resolved via the appropriate channels so your customers drive away happy
What qualities do I need to succeed in the Sales Leader role?
Experience of successfully leading, coaching and mentoring a high performing sales team
Knowledge of working within a sales department within a retail environment (ideally within the automotive industry)
A record of achieving and exceeding set targets and objectives
Experience of managing a departmental budget
A passion for consistently delivering incredible customer service
