Our client, a leading business within the leisure industry, is currently seeking an adept Sales Executive to join their growing team on a full-time, permanent basis.
As a Sales Executive, you’ll play a crucial role in representing the highly-esteemed company, supporting the sales team to deliver results, handling daily inquiries and event management and coordination.
The responsibilities:
Follow the sales process, including show rounds, sales efforts, customer entertaining, forecasting, space release policy, event management, and billing policies.
Handle daily inquiry management and event coordination, ensuring standards are upheld.
Serve as the main point of contact with customers for all planning details.
Create event function sheets to accurately document and distribute client requirements to the wider resort.
Handle general calls to discuss event details, using questioning techniques and managing objections.
Conduct face-to-face site visits, menu tastings, and final detail calls.
Book and attend client event meetings.
Build and maintain client relationships, delivering exceptional customer service to all clients at all times.
Communicate with the Meeting and Events team to create exceptional experiences.
Achieve individual and team conversion targets.
Arrange and conduct show rounds, showcasing the facilities to their full potential.
The candidate:
Minimum 2 years experience within a similar role.
Sales-focused and enthusiastic, with excellent customer service skills.
Flexible and capable of working well within a team.
Proficient, detail-oriented, with independent work capability and proficiency in hotel PMS like Delphi and Opera.
