Sales Executive / Customer Engagement Associate

£25,000 - £27,000 plus commission

Our client is experiencing exciting growth - this is a fantastic opportunity to join this business at a key time and to develop your career further.
They are market leaders in delivering e platform learning to the social care sector.
Your role will be to support the Customer Engagement team to provide exceptional customer experiences to prospective, new and existing customers. The role will involve handling enquiries, making follow up and welcome calls to potential and new customers and outbound calls to target clients. You will also deliver product demonstrations to showcase their product offering.
This is a sales role, whereby you will be making new business calls ans well as following up on leads and contacting previous customers,
Main Duties:
Supporting the Customer Engagement team to build new customer relationships, help secure new customer contracts and deliver excellent customer service for new and existing customers,
Providing customer support by phone, email and our website
Make welcome calls, follow up calls to leads, enquiries and free courses
Support creating new sales leads and opportunities through email and outbound calls.
Deliver demos to prospective, new, and existing customers to 'bring to life' the offering.
Undertaking research and supporting the team to gain customer/market insight
Exceptional customer service and communication skills, enthusiastic and passionate about the learning experience Grey Matter Learning offer
Managing a portfolio of customer contracts, ensuring they receive the highest quality service, enable continued growth and satisfaction levels.
Person Specification:
You will be from a sales or account management environment and will have business to business sales experience. This is essential.
Skills and attributes required:
* Excellent communications skills, tenacious and highly motivated
* Able to use initiative, problem solving skills.
* Confident, excellent interpersonal skills, communicate well with people.
* Excellent office/IT skills: able to use MS word, MS excel, Google/Microsoft docs, spreadsheets, email. Strong literacy skills: able to construct and write emails using correct grammar and spelling.
* Strong customer service skills, customer focused and with an ability to build strong relationships and understand customer needs.
* Flexible and responsive to changing business priorities.
* Self-motivated and able to work alone. Organised and methodical, honest and trustworthy
* Willing to try new things.
* Ambitious to grow and develop the role within our company.
