Streamline Search are currently recruiting on behalf of our client based in the City of London. They are a Freight forwarding company that work with Fashion companies, offering carbon positive services. Having been in business since 2005, they are close to 20 years of operations. They are looking for a Sales Executive to join their team and help expand their business.

As a Sales Executive, you will play a critical role in expanding their client base and strengthening relationships with existing customers. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, understanding the unique needs of fashion companies, and offering tailored freight forwarding solutions that enhance their supply chain efficiency. The ideal candidate is driven, possesses a strong sales personality, and is eager to prove themselves in a competitive market.

Sales Executive - Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the fashion industry.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their logistics needs are met and exceeded.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure profitable deals.
  • Work closely with the operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless execution of logistics solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular reports on sales performance.

Sales Executive- Requirements

  • Sales experience, preferably in freight forwarding, logistics, or the fashion industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to articulate complex logistics solutions clearly.
  • Energetic, self-motivated, and driven to succeed. Strong interpersonal skills and a persuasive demeanour.
  • Understanding of the fashion industry and its unique logistics challenges is a plus.
