Our client, a five-star builder, invites you to join their team on their stunning developments in Knaresborough or Ripon! We're searching for a dedicated New Homes Sales Executive, Sales Consultant, or Sales Advisor to represent our client and become a crucial part of their team.
About the Role:
As a New Homes Sales Executive
Take ownership of the development sales arena.
Manage customer inquiries through various channels.
Qualify customers, establish needs, and secure reservations.
Promote company-recommended services for a seamless customer experience.
Maximise sales of optional upgrades and ensure customer satisfaction.
Conduct regular reviews of market competition and adjust strategies accordingly.
Undertake new home inspections and ensure customer well-being.
Adhere to company procedures, standards of performance, and business unit Sales Manual.
What You Will Have:
Exceptional organisational and self-management skills.
Outstanding customer service skills with a drive to achieve sales targets.
Computer literacy is essential.
Full UK driving license and access to a car are essential.
New Homes Sales Consultant experience would be advantageous but not essential.
Availability to work regular weekends and bank holidays.
