About the Role:Servis has experienced rapid growth over recent years, and we are keen to capitalise on momentum by bolstering our sales team with a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Executive. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, persistence, and a proven track record of success in generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing deals within a B2B sales environment. Experience in building and maintaining prospective client relationships, as well as a results-driven mindset, are essential for this role. Candidates should be adept at navigating sales cycles, overcoming objections, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. Key Responsibilities:Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling and B2B sales strategies Responsible for delivering SQLs from various industries to the Regional Director to scope prospects and submit proposals Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth Establish new business relationships, and continually follow up with lapsed leadsAcquire and maintain in-depth knowledge of Servis Group's security and facilities management services Clearly articulate the value proposition of our offerings to potential clients Customise solutions to meet the specific requirements of clients Create and manage prospects using CRM tools to rack and document sales activities, ensuring accurate reporting and analysis Meet and exceed targets set by senior managementWhat We're Looking For: Experience in B2B sales and client prospectingCommercially astute with proven cold calling skills and experienceKnowledge of CRM, Microsoft ExcelExcellent verbal and written communication skills.
