This role offers an exciting opportunity to progresswithin the business and to be a part of their continued success.Location: Barnsley, South YorkshireHours: 7:30am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday & 7:30am to 11:30am Saturdayrota**Experience working in the Electrical Wholesale orManufacturing trade sector is essential**SkillsRequired:The office is fast-paced and will requirea quick learner who can react to ever-changing customer requirementsYou will also be required to support the busy trade counter,serving customers face-to-faceFull UK driving licenceA can do attitude we always try to make it work for thecustomerExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAttention to detail & able to manage own workloadApositive and hardworking attitude with the ability to work underpressureA proven track record of working in telephone salesin the Electrical Wholesale or similar trade industry is essentialDynamic with a good sense of humour and a passion forachievement and successKey Responsibilities:This role will require a hard-working and likeableindividual, who will grow relationships and offer exceptional levelsof customer service to their diverse customer baseTelephone,trade counter & occasional warehouse duties & deliveries when busyDeveloping strategies for increasing existing, new businessand dormant accountsLiaising with manufacturers to securethe best terms possible when quoting on large projects and seeing themthrough to completion and beyondDealing with and resolvingany customer queriesMaintaining and growing your customerbase by selling the companys wide range of products whilst deliveringan unrivalled customer service, developing relationships andencouraging repeat business
