Your responsibilities will include:Achieve and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets - High daily activity based around set KPI's (inbound/outbound calls, activities, opportunities, quotes to order conversion)Initiate and develop new sales opportunities/prospecting using outbound cold calls, emails and lead follow-upsCommunicating with customers to understand their needs and requirements and identify sales opportunities - Daily Account Management - customer retention and growthPrompt contact with incoming leads and follow-upsBooking meetings for the Field Sales Executive where required, Quoting/follow ups from these meetingsContacting existing customers for repeat orders, upsell and cross sellingMaintain consistent standards of customer contact, answering customer questions and resolving their concernsUnderstanding of business goals and targetsStay up to date with competition in the marketExplain and demonstrate functions and features of products and servicesSell product(s) in line with profit margin and pricing directives.Some business travel may be required where necessary (minimal)Adecco acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
