Sales Executive

Position Overview: As a Sales Exec at Doughboys Pizza, you will be key in supporting the Business Development Team in expanding our brand presence and driving sales growth within the foodservice and retail sector. This dynamic entry-level role requires a proactive individual with a passion for customer service and who is keen to assist with identifying and supporting with new business opportunities.
Tasks
Key Responsibilities:
Market Research Support: Assist in researching and identifying potential business opportunities, maintaining a database of prospects, customers, and distributors within our CRM system.
Customer Engagement: Support the Business Development team in engaging with potential customers within the out-of-home market, including hotels, restaurants, leisure venues, and universities, to drive sales and foster relationships.
Partnership Development Assistance: Aid in building and nurturing strong partnerships by understanding client needs, offering support such as in the form of marketing, product advice, and assisting in maintaining sustainable relationships that contribute to increase sales and brand visibility.
Sales Support: Provide assistance with inbound sales enquiries and supporting with internal sales strategy reviews including assisting in the creation of sales materials, marketing activations and presentations.
Market Analysis Support: Assist in monitoring industry trends and competitor activities, providing insights to adapt strategies and stay ahead of the curve.
Event Coordination: Support the representation of Doughboys Pizza at trade shows, customer events, and networking initiatives with the sales team to bolster brand presence and explore potential partnerships.
Requirements
Basic Sales Experience: Demonstrated success in a sales, administration or hospitality role within the food industry is a bonus but not essential.
Customer-Centric Approach: Customer satisfaction is at the core of everything we do. Showcase your ability to understand and address client needs effectively, providing added value solutions to our customers businesses.
Strong Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and partners.
Positive Attitude: Proactive attitude with the ability to take initiative and support sales activities with a keen willingness to get involved!
