Flooring Specialist Sales Support

St. Ives in Cambridgeshire supplying the Arts and Entertainment Industry (and increasingly other industries too) with performance flooring, tapes, labels, and crew-wear amongst other related accessories.

The role involves proactively selling flooring range, professional vinyl and sprung dance floors for stage & studios, TV and Films floor coverings, including custom printed vinyl to supply to all sectors within the performing arts. This would be sold to new and existing customers across the UK and completing all necessary follow up actions with care. You will need to call customers, when required, and liaise with the warehouse and other departments to ensure the customer has a great experience.

Salary: £22011 - £24,000       

Hours: 37 hours per week Mon – Friday 8:30am – 5pm (4:30pm finish on a Friday)

Duration: Permanent, Flexible working is an option, office-based

Duties:

• Building relationships with new and existing clients


• Have a strong knowledge about the products and services to sell to customers


• Answering any customer queries about the products


• Achieve sales targets set within schedule


• Attend on the road visits and exhibitions around the UK

Skills and Experience Required:

• Self-motivated and keen to learn


• Able to work to own initiative as well as part of a team


• Strong attention to details


• Knowledge using MS Office


• Ability to learn quickly


• Good telephone manner
