JR159: Sales ExecutiveLocation:Fort AugustusSalary: £24,000 Per Annum+ Uncapped CommissionOverview: First Military Recruitment are currently seeking aSales Executive on behalf of one of our clients.Our client encourages applications from ex-military personnel however all candidates will be given due consideration.Duties and Responsibilities:Establish, develop and maintain relationships with current and prospective customers in a professional mannerProviding advice to customers regarding the purchase of a holiday homeCompleting the sales paperwork for customer agreements and ensuring these are fully completed, signed and a copy issued to the customerFully complete any relevant paperwork if the customer requires finance and obtain relevant anti money laundering documentationHelps customers make selections by building customer confidence, offering suggestions and opinionsFollow up on telephone leads and enquiries made face to faceCompleting the sales report and submitting it to the Sales Selling Manager on a regular basisCompleting the site leaving form and ensure a copy is sent to the Head Office After Sales Coordinator, Head Office Stock Coordinator and the AccountantAdd any new sales lead to the tracking system in a timely mannerMaintain a continuous positive dialogue with customers to ensure the sale of holiday homes is supported from initial transaction to final delivery and handover including a full and final check on all relevant documentationWhere necessary, handling and dealing with customer queries relating to warranty and after sales issuesEnsure after sales procedures are explained to the customer including relevant timelinesKeeps abreast of current products, technical specifications and availability to ensure up to date information is given to customersAny other duties as required by your line manager commensurate with your roleMonitor and help proactively resolve after sales complaints to ensure customer satisfactionEncouraging potential upgrades and upselling to guestsAdhere to and promoting the Company Values along with Company best practice and legal complianceDevelop and maintain relationships with owners, holidaymakers, internal and external customersGain feedback from both owners and holidaymakers on the services and facilities provided on parkTo undergo specific training as indicated by the Manager as and when requiredTake all reasonable steps to protect the health, safety and welfare of all employees, patrons and visitors, by promoting safe working practicesComply with company policies, rules and procedures at all timesAny other duties as required by your line manager commensurate with your roleSkills and Qualifications:Excellent communication skills both verbal and writtenAbility to communicate effectively at all levelsProfessional manner when dealing with customers and colleagues alikeGood IT skills including proficiency in Work, Excel, Outlook etcAttention to detailGood organisational skillsAbility to manage own workloadTeam workingPrevious experience of working in a sales driven role is essentialLocation:Fort AugustusSalary: £24,000 Per Annum + Uncapped Commission
