Our client is seeking aSales Account Executiveat their Norwich dealership.This is a fantastic opportunity to become a valued member of adynamic team, dedicated to fostering strong relationships and delivering exceptional customer service. The Role: As a Sales Account Executive, you will:
Identify and Provide Parts:Accurately determine the necessary parts for workshop services and direct sales to customers.Order Preparation:Efficiently pick parts for customer orders and verify stock availability from various queries.Sales and Customer Service:Develop lasting customer relationships by handling in-bound and out-bound calls, attending to walk-in customers, and responding to internet enquiries with excellent product knowledge and a positive first impression.Stock Control:Manage inventory to ensure that consumables and service parts are consistently stocked, offering prompt service to the workshop, other departments, and our trade/retail customers.Warranty Claims and Administration:Process warranty claims related to parts issues and complete all associated administration tasks promptly and accurately, including maintaining customer records and managing invoicing. What's in it for you? Competitive Salary:£26,000.00 - £30,000.00 per year
